4. 05Music Pro (Paid Subscription)
   05Music Pro provides a premium experience, granting subscribers access to the full music library and additional rights.

   Full Access:
   Pro subscribers can access all music in the 05Music library, including exclusive tracks not available in the Free Packs.

   Personal & Commercial Use:
   Pro users may use any track for personal and commercial projects, such as podcasts, films, ads, streams, and social media content.

   No Attribution:
   Pro subscribers are not required to give attribution when using the tracks.

   Modifications:
   Pro users may remix or alter specific tracks where permitted.

   No Redistribution or Resale:
   Pro users, like free users, are prohibited from redistributing or reselling the tracks.

   Streaming Rights:
   Pro subscribers may integrate music into streams but cannot create streams or playlists solely dedicated to 05Music music.

   License Duration:
   The license to use tracks from the 05Music Pro library in new works is only valid during the duration of your active subscription. Once your subscription expires or is canceled, you lose the right to use 05Music Pro tracks in new works, though you can continue using tracks in content published during your active subscription.

5. Termination of License
   If your subscription is canceled or terminated, your license to use music tracks from 05Music Pro in new projects will be revoked. You may:

   • Continue using tracks already published or embedded in previous content.

   • Not use any music from 05Music Pro in new projects or media once the subscription ends.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
   All music and content available on 05Music are the exclusive property of 05Music or its licensors and are protected by copyright law. Your subscription grants you a license to use the music but does not transfer ownership rights.

7. Prohibited Uses
   You agree not to:

   • Resell, redistribute, or modify music in any way that violates these Terms.

   • Use 05Music’s music or website in violation of any laws or regulations.

   • Share your account or allow others unauthorized access to 05Music’s music library.

   • Create content or streams solely featuring 05Music tracks or falsely claim ownership of the tracks.

8. Payment and Refund Policy
   All subscription payments are processed securely via our payment processors.

   • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

   • Refunds are not provided for any partial subscription periods.
